
Summer is, unfortunately, only a break for school children—not their busy moms. So often, busy women forget to take care of themselves, what with having to worry about work, family, etc. Luckily, there a few things you can do this summer to keep up with your fitness and health. Take the stairs, not the elevator—a simple, but effective habit to get into for your health this summer. Try to incorporate time to work out, whether it’s in the early morning or late night—your body will thank you for it. Another tip: life is stressful, and we all need to unwind, but remember to be conscious of alcohol intake—when you have a drink, add lots of ice to curb weight gain and keep liver health in mind.
